{"id":7795,"date":"2016-02-19T11:29:20","date_gmt":"2016-02-19T14:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=7795"},"modified":"2016-02-19T11:29:20","modified_gmt":"2016-02-19T14:29:20","slug":"general-paz-el-municipio-firmo-convenio-con-el-instituto-de-la-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=7795","title":{"rendered":"General Paz: EL MUNICIPIO FIRMO CONVENIO CON EL INSTITUTO DE LA VIVIENDA."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El mi\u00e9rcoles 17 del corriente en la ciudad de La Plata, El Intendente Municipal (interino) Sr. Juan Manuel Alvarez y el Administrador General del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda, Sr. Evert van Tooren; firmaron un convenio de prestaci\u00f3n de asistencia t\u00e9cnica en diversos aspectos relacionados a mensuras, divisi\u00f3n de terrenos, gestiones de transferencia dominial a los adjudicatarios de complejos habitacionales construidos y\/o financiados y\/o administrados por el Instituto.<br \/>\nEl objetivo central del convenio es generar un \u00e1mbito o espacio de tratamiento de la tem\u00e1tica de la regularizaci\u00f3n urbana, dominial y escrituraria de la vivienda social, basado en la articulaci\u00f3n entre Provincia y Municipio.<br \/>\nEl encuentro del que  adem\u00e1s particip\u00f3 el Secretario de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos de nuestro municipio, Arq. Luciano Lorenzin, fue propicio para efectuar un repaso de los planes de vivienda en ejecuci\u00f3n dentro del municipio. Destac\u00e1ndose,  la imperiosa necesidad de arbitrar los medios que se encuentren al alcance del mencionado organismo, con el fin  de reactivar el Plan Federal Plurianual Reconvertido, que se encuentra detenido desde hace un largo tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?attachment_id=7796\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7796\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Conv.-Inst.-Viv.1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Conv.
