Por tal motivo comisionado personal del gabinete de prevenci\u00f3n a cargo del oficial principal Lucas Andersen, procedi\u00f3 a la incautaci\u00f3n del rodado en el mismo estado que fue sustra\u00eddo en poder de JUAN CRUZ VALDEZ de 19 a\u00f1os domiciliado en Barrio Callegari casa 53 de General Belgrano, trasladando rodado y conductor a esta dependencia policial. Continuando con la investigaci\u00f3n se estableci\u00f3 que el circulante del moto veh\u00edculo le fue entregada por un menor de edad oriundo de esta localidad, quien mantendr\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n sentimental con la hermana de VALDEZ. Se instruyen actuaciones caratuladas Hurto de Automotor a disposici\u00f3n de la Unidad Funcional Descentralizada Brandsen.-<\/p>\n<p>Jefatura de polic\u00eda Comunal Gral.
