Logr\u00e1ndose interceptar en la Plaza de mayo a moto marca gilera smash dominio colocado 344ACA conducida por SORIANO ERTOLA RODRIGO EMMANUEL domiciliado en esta localidad, quien momentos antes circulaba en dicho rodado emitiendo ruidos molesto y corte alterando el orden p\u00fablico, por dicho accionar antijur\u00eddico  se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro del rodado labr\u00e1ndose actuaciones al Art\u00edculo 74 inciso D de la Ley 8031 con intervenci\u00f3n del Sr. Juez de Paz Dr. Escapil Miguel \u00c1ngel y por carecer de distinta documentaci\u00f3n por la Ley de tr\u00e1nsito con  intervenci\u00f3n del  Sr. Juez de Faltas Dr. Am\u00edlcar Cattaneo.
