De relevamiento de c\u00e1maras y declaraciones testimoniales se logra dar con los autores del delito, los cuales resultan ser dos sujetos masculinos mayores de edad, residentes en la Localidad vecina de General Belgrano, ( uno de ellos ) con varios antecedentes penales en su haber por robos y Hurtos, a los cuales se logra imputar penalmente del delito de Robo Agravado de Motoveh\u00edculo, procediendo personal policial de esta Dependencia, con fecha 22\/01\/2025 al secuestro de varias motopartes en el domicilio del progenitor de uno de los imputados, siendo que denunciante reconoci\u00f3 como de.su propiedad los elementos secuestrados. Finalmente, en el d\u00eda de ayer 28\/01\/2025 Juzgado de Garant\u00edas de intervenci\u00f3n dispuso, dos \u00d3rdenes de Registro para con los domicilios de los mismos, donde si bien no se hallaron elementos de inter\u00e9s, con los elementos probatorios recolectados anteriormente Fiscal\u00eda de intervenci\u00f3n dispuso el procesamiento de ambos sujetos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>POLICIA DE SEGURIDAD COMUNAL GRAL.
