\nCon su presentaci\u00f3n, las familias acreditan el cumplimiento de los controles de salud, vacunaci\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes. A su vez, se habilita el cobro del 20 por ciento del complemento acumulado durante el a\u00f1o anterior.
\nEl formulario puede descargarse desde la web de ANSES para que sea completado en el centro de salud y en la escuela con la informaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/strong>
\nLa presentaci\u00f3n debe efectuarse todos los a\u00f1os y hay tiempo hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda h\u00e1bil de diciembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n
