\nA: USUARIOS SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA E INTERNET
\nACTUALIZACI\u00d3N TARIFARIA – Resoluci\u00f3n ENACOM 557\/23.
\nPor la presente informamos que a trav\u00e9s de la resoluci\u00f3n 557\/23 del ENACOM (Gobierno Nacional), difundida el 05-05-2023, se incrementan las tarifas de los servicios de Internet y Telefon\u00eda en un 4,5% a partir de los abonos de mayo-23 y as\u00ed en la misma proporci\u00f3n mensualmente (4,5%) hasta el mes de diciembre 2023, tomando como referencia los valores del mes inmediato anterior. De esta forma, el aumento acumulado para el periodo 2023-ser\u00e1 de 64,8%.
\nEn igual proporci\u00f3n se adecuar\u00e1n los costos de instalaci\u00f3n, Mudanza y cambio de tecnolog\u00eda.
\nTambi\u00e9n comunicamos que dado que la facturaci\u00f3n de Mayo-23 para el servicio de internet ya se encuentra distribuida, los ajustes respectivos ser\u00e1n efectuados con la facturaci\u00f3n de Junio-23.
