Paz: Varios hechos delictivos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Caso N\u00ba1:<\/strong> Por intermedio de la presente informo a Ud. que con fecha 26 del corriente mes y a\u00f1o, personal policial apostado de manera permanente en ruta 20 kil\u00f3metros 104 de la localidad de Ranchos, con colaboraci\u00f3n del C.P.R Local, procedi\u00f3 a la \u201caprehensi\u00f3n\u201d de cuatro (4) masculinos mayores de edad, oriundos de la localidad de Estaban Echeverr\u00eda y Almirante Brown, a quien previo realizar inspecci\u00f3n en el rodado en el cual circulaban marca Chevrolet corsa, se le incauto: Escopeta tiro a tiro marca Legend modelo G50 Cal 16 UAB, Carabina semiautom\u00e1tica marca Marlin modelo 795 cal 22 PLG, Escopeta tiro a tiro, sin marca visible cal 16, Rifle aire comprimido de 5.5, 50 cartuchos 9. mm marca Mahtech, dos (2) cargadores completos cal 22, 78 proyectiles calibres 22 marca cci, 125 cartuchos calibre 16 marca orbe, Tres cuchillos de 27 cent\u00edmetros de hoja, un machete de 65 cent\u00edmetros aproximados y cuatro (4) linternas. Se instruyen actuaciones con intervenci\u00f3n de la Ayudant\u00eda local de general Paz, bajo la caratula de TENENCIA DE ARMA DE FUEGO. &#8211;<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery personal del destacamento de Villanueva, con colaboraci\u00f3n del C.P.R Local, procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n de tres (3) masculinos, mayores de edad, oriundos del partido de General Rodr\u00edguez, en recorridos dispuestos en horas de la ma\u00f1ana, quienes se encontraban ejerciendo caza indiscriminada violando propiedad privada, mas precisamente dentro del interior del establecimiento Rural \u201cEl Retiro\u201d, procedi\u00e9ndose al decomiso de tres ant\u00edlopes completos que pose\u00edan como presas de caza, labr\u00e1ndose las correspondientes actuaciones, ART 266 (PERSECUCI\u00d3N O MUERTE DE LOS ANIMALES DE LA FAUNA SILVESTRE), ART 268 (EJERCER LA CAZA SIN LA AUTORIZACI\u00d3N DEL OCUPANTE LEGAL DEL CAMPO, ART 274 (CARECER DE LICENCIA DE CAZA) Y 287 (CAZAR ESPECIES PROTEGIDAS) DE LA LEY 1081.- Se da intervenci\u00f3n al Ministerio de Agroindustria La Plata<\/p>\n<p><a presente informo a Ud. que personal de la comisar\u00eda local de Ranchos, procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n, un masculino, menor de edad, quien sustrajo una parrilla del interior de una propiedad, tipo \u00abchulengo\u00bb o similar, la cual redujo en una chatarrer\u00eda. Que luego de las investigaciones, se inspecciono el lugar incautando el elemento sustra\u00eddo y haciendo entrega a su propietario del mismos. Intervino U.F.I.R.P.J. El mismo en la actualidad se encuentra privado de su libertad. Que personal de la Comisaria de Ranchos juntamente con efectivos del Destacamento de Villanueva, recorriendo y dando apoyo a esa localidad, son alertadas por una vecina, que su vivienda se encontraba con la puerta abierta. Que r\u00e1pidamente en el lugar, advirtiendo violencia sobre la puerta de acceso y un masculino, mayor de edad oriundo de la localidad de Lomas de Zamora, en el interior, quien minutos antes se encontraba sacando elementos de la propiedad, para llev\u00e1rselas consigo. En consecuencia, se labraron actuaciones caratuladas \u201cROBO Art 164 CP\u201d, con injerencia de la Ayudant\u00eda local de Gral. Que se recibe denuncia de un vecino, comerciante de esta localidad quien refiri\u00f3 que hab\u00eda dejado su celular marca \u201cMotorola G8\u201d, en el mostrador de su negocio y se dirigi\u00f3 a la parte de la cocina, que minutos despu\u00e9s advirti\u00f3 que el mismo no se encontraba. Que mediante aporto filmaciones pudiendo identificar al autor, dando aviso r\u00e1pidamente a la totalidad de los m\u00f3viles y los efectivos apostado en ruta 20 y acceso ruta 29, los cuales proceden a al a aprehensi\u00f3n del malviviente oriundo de esta localidad, en la calle Coronel Vivot entre 50 y 48 de esta localidad. Que requisado conforme al art 225 C.P.P y art. 226 C.P.P se incaut\u00f3 en su poder el tel\u00e9fono celular denunciado. Es dable hacer constar que pose\u00eda 2 PEDIDOS DE CAPTURA ACTIVOS en causas contravencionales la primera por Violencia Familiar y la segunda por Inf Art. 35 y 74 inc. \u201cA\u201d de la lay 8031, a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado de Paz Letrado de este partido. Se instruyen actuaciones caratuladas \u201cHURTO\u201d, bajo la injerencia de la Ayudant\u00eda Fiscal de Gral. Que realizan cerrojo y dan con el sujeto a la altura de la calle Luis Giles entre las calles Leandro Alem y calle Mitre, quien circula a baja velocidad, frena y arroja la moto sobre a un de efectivo quien queda lesionado y se da la fuga r\u00e1pidamente. En consecuencia, de proceder al secuestro y cursada que fue, pose\u00eda \u201cPedido de Secuestro Activo\u201d por el delito \u201cHurto de motoveh\u00edculo\u201d, con intervenci\u00f3n de la U.F.I N\u00b09, Departamento Judicial La Plata, siendo la Comisaria solicitante La Plata 9na.<br \/>\nNo obstante, el d\u00eda s\u00e1bado 26 del corriente en horas de la madrugada, en prevenci\u00f3n, observan al mismo masculino entre otras personas en la puerta de un domicilio quien al notar la presencia de agentes, se esconde y sale corriendo por los fondos, el cual minutos antes, hab\u00eda dejado una moto en la casa de un vecino sin su consentimiento, quienes hicieron entrega de otro motovehiculo, marca Bajab Rouser 200 cilindras color roja y negra, la cual tambi\u00e9n se secuestr\u00f3. Se deja constancia que el masculino mayor de edad se encuentra correctamente identificado. Oriundo de este partido. Se instruyeron en ambos hechos actuaciones caratuladas ATENTADO Y RESISTENCIA A LA AUTORIDAD, LESIONES Y ENCUBRIMIENTO. \/ AVERIGUACION DE ILICITO.
