{"id":35983,"date":"2021-12-14T12:05:26","date_gmt":"2021-12-14T15:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=35983"},"modified":"2021-12-14T12:05:26","modified_gmt":"2021-12-14T15:05:26","slug":"detenido-por-desobediencia-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=35983","title":{"rendered":"Detenido por Desobediencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por intermedio de la presente informo a Uds. que con fecha 12 de marzo del corriente mes y a\u00f1o, en horas de tarde se procedi\u00f3 a la detenci\u00f3n de un masculino de 17 a\u00f1os de edad, oriundo esta localidad, el cual intercepto a su expareja en la \u201cPlaza de Mayo\u201d, sito en la calle Sarmiento esquina Garay de esta localidad Ranchera, a sabiendas y estando debidamente notificado, que se encontraba con medidas cautelares, prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento y cese de perturbaci\u00f3n, en actuaciones iniciadas por su expareja, caratuladas \u201cProtecci\u00f3n contra la Violencia Familiar\u201d, de traite ante el Juzgado de Paz local. Que se lo traslada al asiento de la seccional Policial donde se labran actuaciones por \u201cDesobediencia\u201d con Intervenci\u00f3n de la U.F.I Penal Juvenil nro. 1 del Departamento judicial La Plata.-<br \/>\n<strong>Fdo.
