{"id":35574,"date":"2021-11-19T12:16:40","date_gmt":"2021-11-19T15:16:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=35574"},"modified":"2021-11-19T12:16:40","modified_gmt":"2021-11-19T15:16:40","slug":"detenido-por-desobediencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=35574","title":{"rendered":"Detenido por desobediencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por intermedio de la presente informo a Uds. que en el d\u00eda ayer 18 del corriente, personal policial perteneciente a la Comisaria de Ranchos, procedi\u00f3 a la detenci\u00f3n de un masculino mayor de edad, con domicilio en esta localidad ranchera, en virtud que se encontraba violando medida cautelar impuesta por el Juzgado de Paz Letrada local, en actuaciones que se instruyen por \u201cProtecci\u00f3n Contra la Violencia Familiar\u201d impuesta por familiar directo. Que r\u00e1pidamente constituido movil con dotaci\u00f3n en el lugar, por llamado de la v\u00edctima, advierte que se encontraba desobedeciendo la medida de 100 metros impuesta. Cabe destacar la labor policial, tanto el jefe de la Comisaria, personal de guardia y la Jefa de la Comisaria de la Mujer y la Familia, por los seguimientos permanente a la v\u00edctimas y asesoramiento continuo, trabajando mancomunadamente con la Direcci\u00f3n de Genero local.<br \/>\n<strong>Fdo.
