La Secretar\u00eda de Promoci\u00f3n del Desarrollo y Turismo, dependiente de la Municipalidad de General Paz, informa la realizaci\u00f3n de un Curso de Capacitaci\u00f3n, bajo Modalidad Virtual sobre la elaboraci\u00f3n de masa para muzzarella. La actividad est\u00e1 destinada a peque\u00f1os productores y productoras agropecuarias que se desempe\u00f1an en el \u00e1rea y consta de dos m\u00f3dulos de contenidos: el primero sobre \u201cHabilitaci\u00f3n de establecimientos\u201d y el segundo sobre \u201cBuenas pr\u00e1cticas de manufacturas\u201d.
