{"id":21753,"date":"2020-04-09T20:14:19","date_gmt":"2020-04-09T23:14:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=21753"},"modified":"2020-04-09T20:14:19","modified_gmt":"2020-04-09T23:14:19","slug":"informe-de-la-policia-comunal-del-general-paz-desobediencia-lesiones-violacion-de-domicilio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=21753","title":{"rendered":"Informe de la Polic\u00eda Comunal del General Paz: \u00abDESOBEDIENCIA \/ LESIONES \/ VIOLACION DE DOMICILIO \u00ab"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Informe del 9 de Abril de 2020<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Con fecha 28 de marzo del corriente a\u00f1o, se procedi\u00f3 a la detenci\u00f3n de un masculino de 29 a\u00f1os, oriundo de esta localidad, con colaboraci\u00f3n de personal de Comisaria de la Mujer y Familia, quien hab\u00eda ingresado al domicilio de su expareja con intenci\u00f3n de golpearla, siendo esta defendida por un amigo de la familia de la v\u00edctima, un masculino de 65 a\u00f1os, a quien lastimo con golpes de pu\u00f1o, para luego darse a la fuga. Que, iniciada la persecuci\u00f3n por parte de personal de ambos elementos, se lo pudo reducir y ponerlo a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia. Cabe destacar que la ex pareja del detenido pose\u00eda orden de cese de perturbaci\u00f3n y medida cautelar en vigencia.
