{"id":20802,"date":"2020-03-09T12:15:34","date_gmt":"2020-03-09T15:15:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=20802"},"modified":"2020-03-09T12:16:11","modified_gmt":"2020-03-09T15:16:11","slug":"informe-de-la-policia-comunal-de-general-paz-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupotiempodigital.com.ar\/?p=20802","title":{"rendered":"Informe de la Polic\u00eda Comunal de General Paz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Parte del 9 de Marzo de 2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caso 1: INFRACION LEY 23.737.-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con fecha 06 del corriente, personal de la Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda Comunal de Ranchos, procedi\u00f3 a la APREHENSI\u00d3N en horas del mediod\u00eda, de un masculino, mayor de edad, oriundo de esta localidad , en Acceso Senador Rey y ruta 29, a quien se le incauto entre sus pertenencias, un envoltorio de pl\u00e1stico color negro, conteniendo un pedazo compacto picadura de marihuana (80 gramos) como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n una balanza de precisi\u00f3n. Inmediatamente se solicito la colaboraci\u00f3n a los vecinos que pose\u00edan c\u00e1maras en la zona, donde se pudo individualizar en una de las im\u00e1genes a un potencial autor.<\/p>\n<p>Que en horas de la tarde se dispuso una custodia fija en el domicilio del sindicado. Pasadas las horas por datos recabados, se estableci\u00f3 que el perpetrador estar\u00eda en la localidad vecina de Brandsen junto al rodado.<\/p>\n<p>Que ya pasadas las 20 horas, una ves personal de la Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda Comunal de Ranchos, en Jurisdicci\u00f3n del Pdo. de Brandsen logro la detenci\u00f3n, luego de averiguaciones, de un menor de edad, quien intentaba entrar a la casa de sus familiares, menor el cual hab\u00eda abandona la localidad ranchera con la moto sustra\u00edda.<\/p>\n<p>La moto fue entregada en perfecto estado al Sr. Mart\u00ednez y el menor puesto a disposici\u00f3n de UFI n\u00b0 3 Resp.
